Palm Beach County Broward County Miami-Dade County Florida Keys

There's never been a better time to eat vegetarian or vegan in south Florida. The many restaurants listed here make it easy to find healthy, delicious and animal-free meals from Key West to Palm Beach and cities in between. With the choices we make at each meal, we can help stop cruelty to chickens, pigs, cows, fish and other animals raised for food.

darbster is West Palm Beach's first, and only, vegan restaurant. It was worth the wait! The new restaurant features outdoor seating in a relaxed setting. We recommend the Palm Cakes entree (the fried hearts of palm have a delicious creamy texture), the "darbster's chik'n" entree, the Mac & Cheez (elbow pasta with a subtle cheesy flavor, topped with toasted bread crumbs), and the Sliders appetizer (faux-steak bites on a crunchy sesame bun with tangy sauce). The menu also includes raw dishes and vegan desserts. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
