Cantina "Evolutionary Tex-Mex." We recommend the vegetarian burrito, with extra avocado (make sure you ask for it without sour cream or cheese). Also, vegetarian nachos, tacos and enchiladas. ——————— Sublime Sublime is consistently rated as one of the best vegetarian restaurants in the country, and it's easy to see why. Sublime's full menu of completely vegan dishes, many of which are organic, includes contemporary vegan versions of classic omnivore staples, like quiche, ravioli or enchiladas, as well as unique dishes you won't find anywhere else. Customer favorites include the cauliflower "frito misto" appetizer and the "Sublime Picatta" main dish, a seitan cutlet in a lemon caper sauce, with braised spinach and mashed potatoes. Sublime also has a wide selection of speciality drinks. And save room for dessert! Closed Mondays. ——————— Pizza

Woodlands is completely vegetarian and they are happy to point out which dishes are vegan. Open daily; terrific lunch buffet. ——————— Hiro's
