Sublime is consistently rated as one of the best vegetarian restaurants in the country, and it's easy to see why. Sublime's full menu of completely vegan dishes, many of which are organic, includes contemporary vegan versions of classic omnivore staples, like quiche, ravioli or enchiladas, as well as unique dishes you won't find anywhere else. Customer favorites include the cauliflower "frito misto" appetizer and the "Sublime Picatta" main dish, a seitan cutlet in a lemon caper sauce, with braised spinach and mashed potatoes. You can find popular dishes such as chana masala or aloo gobi at Woodlands, but we recommend digging deeper into the menu and trying one of the South Indian favorites like dosa (large rolled-up crepes stuffed with vegetables)—the menu at Woodlands has 15 varieties—or unique specialties like Gobi Manchurian (battered cauliflower in a garlic/ginger/soy sauce). Woodlands is completely vegetarian and they are happy to point out which dishes are vegan. Open daily; terrific lunch buffet.

The front of Udipi’s menu states, “No cruelty is involved in preparation of your superb meal.” We recommend the Potato Bonda appetizer, a delicious dumpling in chickpea batter. The South Indian Thali is also a good choice if you want to try a little bit of several dishes. But if you go, ask your waiter for his or her suggestions about what’s good that day.

For example, although the menu states the food is "100% Vegetarian," they do serve fish.

Limited menu for vegetarians, but if you're hungry for a vegan (Boca) burger, Johnny Rockets is a great place to go. Hamburger buns and fries are vegan (onion rings have whey).
